Bread making at The Enrico Biscotti Company is the best event in Pittsburgh. While you’re enjoying a family-style brunch and house-made wine, Enrico will tell you the history of bread-making. Also, he will teach you all the secrets and tricks to bread making. You will make rustic Italian bread using our brick oven. It’s super fun! We suggest that you wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
